The complete recycling line include belt conveyor , compactor, single screw extruder, hydraulic module screen device, water cooling tank, strand cutter machine, fan storage hopper, electric cabinet.

  • The granulation line screw and barrel are all made of 38CrMoAl material, and the surface is nitrided and hardened. The service life is long.
  • The granulation line is pelletized directly after cooling, and then sent to the storage silo by a blower, without the problem of broken filaments.
  • Above the pelletizing line barrel, there are drains and vacuum pumps, drainage exhaust, to ensure the quality of the particles.
