Product Description
This machine was used to shredder plastic film ,plastic bags,plastic barrel ,plastic bucket ,plastic crates ,waste fiber,cable,plastic bumper,white goods etc.

Shredder machine with single shaft to shredder waste plastic,the blade made by SKD-II Or D-2, durable in using for a long time ,blade fixed by holder,it will very easy to change blade in future.Use Siemens motor,NSK bearing etc name brand electrical equipment.Automatic overload protect/reversal by Siemens PLC. Use A hydraulic station feeding material and push it to rotor shaft.
Machine size control by screen.when the size over 60mm ,it will continue shred it ,until the flakes size less than 60mm.We also can customized the screen diameter for customer


1. Rotor shaft "V" shape design,Use SKD-11 and D-2 material,Fixed blade by screw,no welding. it will more easy for shredding and maintenance for worker
2. Use the top branded BONENG gear box

3. Use the vibration-proof system to reduce the gear box loading protect the gear box
