Description:
Plastic bottle rinsing tank is used in waste plastic bottle scrap recycle, to wash the waste bottle after crushing, the tank width is 1700mm, it has 4-5 rollers over the floating tank.

working principle:
recycled PET plastic bottles, firstly to remove the labels for label remover machine, and then go though selecting table to select different color bottles( for example, green bottles,bule bottles or other PC ,HDPE bottles etc. then go to crusher to crush , when the material come out ,then go to floating washer , to separate PET bottles with PP labels ,cups. After separating, it will go to high degree temperature hot washer boil to hot washing, then go to cold floating washer again (to remove the detergent from hot washer, then dewatering ,package.
