PP PE Film Washing Line Description:

This machine line is used to recycling the waste PE/PP films, woven bags and so on. It's an automatic line including the material feeding conveyor belt, wet grinder/crusher machine, frication washing machine, floating washing tank, dewatering machine, hot air drying system and silo system. In this way, we achieve the reuse of waste plastic recycling and the purpose of protecting our environment. This plastic films washing line can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop. We can also customize the washing line according to client's material and product requirement.

Main Features:
1. The main material is PE agriculture film, PE bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and some other soft material etc…
2. The main process of the washing line is crushing, washing, drying machines.
3. The capacity of the washing line is from 300kg/h to 1500kg/h.
4. Cold water floating tank can wash the common dirties, like the soil, sand, earth, stone, glass out.
5. With pipe drying system can ensure the final products, PE PP flakes moisture lower than 2%.
6. Final PP PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulating/pelletizing line to make granules/pellets.
