----PC(Polycarbonate), colourless and transparent. With good heat resistance and aging resistance, impact resistance, good insulating property. Used in engineering are strong, tough materials and some grades are optically transparent. They are wasily worked, molded and thermoformed. Here, we are talking about the PC roofing sheet and flat sheet produced by same line.

----PC flat transparent sheet/color transparent sheet, widely used in lighting part of the construction industry, helmet shield plate, the advertising display, high-grade decoration material. The wave sheet / corrugated sheet, used for roof lighting.

Extruder:

Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) or Parallel twin screws extruder, should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

Hard screw and barrel, special structure design of screw for PP/PC material. 100% recycled material possible.

Control System:

The barrel temperature control system of plastic extruder has the characteristics of large disturbance,time-varying,lag and non-linearity,which makes the barrel temperature rise slowly,low control precision and poor anti-jamming ability.

The traditional PID control relies on accurate mathematical model and can not realize real-time adjustment of parameters online.In this paper,a fuzzy PID temperature control system for plastic screw extruder is designed,and the hardware structure of the temperature control system based on PLC is designed.Finally,the simulation results show that the control system has good dynamic and static characteristics,and to some extent improves the shortcomings of traditional PID control such as large overshoot and large temperature change.
