Description

The twin screw extruder has good feeding characteristics, suitable for powder processing, and has better mixing, exhaust, reaction and self-cleaning functions than the single screw extruder, which is characterized by the processing of plastics and blends with poor thermal stability.

Hydraulic net changer: It depends on the complex structure of the hydraulic station to switch back and forth to change the net board or change the net column. The hydraulic automatic net changer has the advantages of compact volume, good back pressure seal, rapid net change speed, etc., and its shortcomings are relatively easier to accept: high cost and complex hydraulic structure.

Batte melt pump: All gears and mating surfaces of its melt pumps are finely ground and the assembly clearance is strictly controlled to obtain precise flow rates.

Three-roller calender: The sheet extruded from the flat head, at a higher temperature, is calendered by a three-roll calendering machine and gradually cooled. At the same time, it also plays a certain traction role, adjusting the speed of each point of the plate to ensure the flatness of the plate.

SIEMENS control system: The servo drive system is designed for fast response function. Servo drive systems focus on providing the necessary hardware and functionality to ensure excellent product stability and durability at a low investment cost.

The sheet leveling device is special design for thicker PET falt film products, it will make the PET sheet flatter.
