PP/PS 5 layer sheet co-extruder machine plastic with screw dia 120/105/65mm and max output PP 600Kgs/h LJPG120/105/65-1000.

LJPG120/105/65-1000 Parameters:

1:This machine use co-extrusion technology to produce max 5 layer sheets like PP/ADH/EVOH/ADH/PP structure.

2.Famous brand standard A/C motor with AB speed inverter offers wide range smooth driving power.

3.Specially designed high efficiency screw nitrified with surface hardness HV≥860,suits for PP,PS,PE material and enables higher max output with less power consumption.

4.Casting Al heaters with air blowers automatically controlled by PID controlling system offers high precision heatings to barrels.

5:Hydraulic driven double position screen change enables easy mesh changing during production without stopping.

6.Gear gump with 2 sets of pressure sensors loop controlled by PLC guarantees very stable melted flow pressure for high quality sheets production request(For option).

7:Five layer adapter enables to produce max 5 layer sheet likePP/ADH/EVOH/ADH/PPwith good thickness uniformity.Each layer's proportion is adjustable.

8:Cloth hanger type structure T-Die with screw pull for thickness adjustment and width is adjustable.

9:L type calendering unit consists of 3 mirror rollers with surface roughness ≤0.025μm and centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted with Japan brand bearing,which guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently driven by high quality AC motor with AB speed inverter.(Horizontal type calendering unit for option)

10: PID automatically controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of rollers ±1°C.

11:Long national cooling unit with scrap trimmed allows sheet enough time to cool down and trimmed to requested width before taking off unit.

12:Taking off unit with scrap winding is driven by torque motor.

13:Multi-position winding unit allows max 800mm diameter roll winding(Automatical winding unit for option)

14:Whole machine is controlled by PLC and parameters are easy to be setted on touch screen.
