requirements, such as material , tolerance, surface treatments and the amount you need,ect .

Q2:How can I get the price for open a new mould?

Cheer Pack :You can send us your product's 3D drawing, and we will make a calculations for you

to confirm.

Q3:I only have a sample, how can I develop this mould?

Cheer Pack :You can send your sample to us, and our designer will make 3D drawings,when you

confirm the 3D drawings,then we can Proceed to the next step to make the mold.

Q4:How should I know the finished products quality?

Cheer Pack :When we finished this mould, we will make a testing for this mould. And then, we will

send you samples for confirmation.

Q5:What's your warranty?

Cheer Pack : We guarantee the products from mass production are exactly same to the approved

samples.

Q6:How about the production lead time?

Cheer Pack :It depends on how complicated mold is . Normally , it will take around 30 days , but if

the mold is sample and not big , it will take 15 days around .

Q7 : What about the shipping?

Cheer Pack :We transport products for small order by express , for example : FEDEX , DHL ,

TNT , UPS . For big quantity , we always transport products by sea . If you urgent for this order ,

we also can transport products by air , but the cost would be more high .
