UV Lamp Aging Resistant Accelerated Weathering Machine Test Chamber
UV Aging Testing Chamber is a piece of equipment used to simulate the effects of long-term exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation on materials and products. It is commonly used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and construction to test the durability and performance of materials, coatings, and products under UV exposure.
UV aging testing chambers are important tools for ensuring the quality and reliability of products that will be exposed to outdoor or UV-rich environments, and can help companies develop more durable and long-lasting materials and products.
Condensation system (simulated dew):
The QUV condensing system is essentially where evaporated water vapor is confined within the chamber by the chamber's template. During the condensation cycle, the water is heated by the heating element in the water pan. The water vapor fills the test chamber and reaches equilibrium at 100% humidity. The water vapor continuously condenses on the sample and finally flows back into the water pan.
