1. Product introduction:
The type of the GC-XBL IZOD impact testing machine is used to determine the impact toughness of plastic, reinforced nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic, cast stone, plastic electrical appliances, insulating materials and other non-metallic materials. Pendulum impact testing machine is a common equipment for quality inspection in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, and non-metallic material manufacturers.

3. Product features:


a. High-precision intelligent controller, equipped with LCD display, can read data intuitively and accurately
b. Use carbon fiber pendulum to improve the rigidity of the material in the impact direction, and concentrate the impact mass on the center of mass of the pendulum to the maximum, so as to truly achieve no vibration impact test and increase the service life.
c. Imported high-resolution digital encoders are adopted, and the angle test accuracy is higher and more stable
d. The aerodynamic impact hammer and imported ball bearings greatly reduce the friction loss caused by machinery
e. Automatically calculate the final result, the test data can save 24 sets of data and calculate the average
f. IZOD impact testing machine can choose Chinese and English operation interface, and the test result can choose J/m, KJ/m², kg-cm/cm, ft-ib/in and other units
g. Built-in micro-printer. 24 test data values can be printed one by one, and the average value can also be printed.
