Product Description

PP PE plastic film/bag centrifugal dewatering machine

This plastic film/bag centrifugal dryer machine is designed and manufactured by Mooge which is mainly used for drying the washed soft plastic material such as PP woven bags or PE PP film.

* It can also be used for rigid plastic recycling line with high rotary speed to dry the material with good effect.

* This plastic bag centrifugal dryer machine is actually very similar to the high speed friction washer machine. A long shaft is mounted on the center of the dewatering machine with many paddles and panels. Surrounding the shaft is a mesh screen drum, and the entire parts are encased in a steel container while an electric motor is mounted.

When the material is fed into the dewatering machine, the shaft with about 1500 rpm throws the material outwards against the mesh screen. Water will be removed and the material will go to next step.

* It is one of the most important and necessary machines in waste plastic recycling washing line.

Features:

(1) Equipped with automatic cleaning device to drive the brush rolling and cleaning inner screen with spray, realize non-stop running for a long time.

(2) High rotary speed reach 1500 rpm can remove 95%-98% of humidity in washed material.

(3) The parts of dewatering machine (centrifugal dryer) that contact the material are made of stainless steel.

(4) Bearing house with water cooling system protecting for long lifespan.

(5) Bottom with drainage system for drain out the dirty water.
