Description
Polyester is a resin formed by the esterification reaction of dicarboxylic acids with diols. Polyester is used in low temperature filtration and can be degraded in application where moisture is present. We choose cascaded blend of different fiber sizes with the finer fiber concentration in the filtration surface to make the product not only have the common felt’s advantage of high voidage, good air permeability, high dust collection efficiency, long service life, etc , but also have the advantage of the moderate temperature rating, can reach 150℃ at the moment, moderate effect of the anti-antacid and anti-alkali, and has very good abrasion resistance. According to the different requirements of the different working condition, surface treatment can be done as singeing, calendaring, oil and water proof, PTFE impregnation coating, PTFE lamination etc
