How to make dust filter needled felt
Needled felt, called punched filter cloths too, is a kind of nonwoven fabric, which is used for industry dust filtration. Needled punched felt is made of fiber and scrim, three layers construction with scrim inside. The first step is fiber feeding, and carding, needling, heat treatment, singeing, calender, impregnation, lamination (memberance) , inspection and pack, and then ship out.
