1. Production Description

1.Acrylic sheet is divided into cast sheet and extruded sheet according to the production process, and can be divided into transparent sheet, translucent sheet (including dyed sheet transparent sheet), color sheet (including black and white and color sheet) according to the light transmittance; Impact plate, anti-ultraviolet plate, ordinary plate and special plate such as high impact plate, flame retardant plate, frosted plate, metal effect plate, high wear-resistant plate, light guide plate, etc.
A: Cast plate: high molecular weight, excellent stiffness, strength and excellent chemical resistance. Therefore, it is more suitable to process large-sized logo plaques, which takes a little longer than the softening process. The characteristics of this board are small batch processing, incomparable sensitivity in color system and surface texture effect, and complete product specifications, suitable for various special purposes.
B: Extruded sheet: Compared with the cast sheet, the extruded sheet has lower molecular weight, slightly weaker mechanical properties and higher flexibility. However, this feature facilitates bending and thermoforming processes with a shorter softening time. When dealing with large-sized sheets, it is beneficial to various rapid vacuum forming. At the same time, the thickness tolerance of the extruded sheet is smaller than that of the cast sheet. Due to the large-scale automatic production of extruded sheets, the color and specifications are inconvenient to adjust, so the variety of product specifications is limited to a certain extent.

3. Package and shipping

3.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.
3.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
3.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
