Product Introduction
Friction torque limiter coupling is also called safety clutch coupling. The friction torque limiter coupling is often used to install between the principal and passive side power transmission, when overload fault happened more than set value (torque) and the torque limiter will produce separation, thus effectively protect the drive machinery, such as motor, reducer, servo motor) as well as the load, common form as follows: Friction torque limiter coupling and ball type torque limiter.
The mounting structure of torque limiter is shaft-shaft, shaft-flange, shaft-synchronous pulley, shaft-sprocket, shaft-gear, shaft-pulley and so on.
The friction torque limiter coupling are used in printing equipment; battery industry, iron scrap conveyor, conveying production line, divider.
Steel ball torque limiter (torque limiter) features: precision automatic reset steel ball torque limiter, built-in precision ball mechanism, which can disengage the active and passive transmission at the moment of overload. The reaction time is 0.001-0.003 seconds. It has many installation forms, such as shaft sprocket, shaft shaft, shaft flange, shaft synchronous pulley, shaft V-shaped pulley, shaft gear and so on. The setting value of disengagement torque can be adjusted steplessly within a certain range through the dial. The limit switch or sensor can output 24V DC electric signal at the moment of overload, which can be used to start the alarm device (such as electric bell and indicator light), and can also be used to turn off the driver instantly. With extremely long service life, it can withstand countless overload disengagement actions.
