The Locking Assembly connection is a precise, gap-free, keyless connection.Reliably eliminates the disadvantages such as stress concentration and rolling keys caused by key transmission. It has the advantages of convenient and quick positioning, long service life and not easy to corrode. There is no relative sliding during work and no wear. It is especially suitable for use in various high-precision transmission and servo mechanisms.
When the expansion coupling sleeve is installed in the axial direction, it can easily adjust the required position size of the axial direction and the relative position of the parts without any axial fixation.
With the expansion of the scope of application, all kinds of complex connection forms in the machinery can be replaced by special expansion and tight coupling sleeves. Simplify the transmission structure or become an integral part of a mechanical component, such as a backlash-free diaphragm coupling.
The selection of Locking Assembly can make the mainframe supporting commercialization rate high, which is convenient for the progress and development of mainframe technology and product update.
The expansion joint sleeve can work in the temperature range of -30ºC to 200ºC, and can be made of various materials according to different working environments and media
