The kind of this clamping shaft coupling is sensitive and in any case need to use the right method and the
right tools. In the process of storage, transportation and installation, the parts of bearings should not be
damaged. Some bearings require greater pressure, so special tools are needed. Be sure to refer to the
car manufacturing instructions. When installing bearings, they should be installed in a clean and tidy
environment. Small particles entering bearings will also shorten the service life of bearings. It is very
important to keep a clean environment when replacing bearings. It is not allowed to knock the bearing
with a hammer, and pay attention to the bearing not falling to the ground (or similar improper handling).
Before installation, the condition of the shaft and bearing seat should also be checked. Even tiny wear
will lead to poor fit, resulting in early failure of the bearing.

Disassembly method
1. After confirming that there is no load, loosen the bolts slowly, but do not screw out all the bolts.
2. Screw the removed bolt into the auxiliary threaded hole of the front pressing plate, screw the bolt against the upper pressing plate until the locking assembly is loose, and then gently tap and pull the bolt to pull out the expansion connecting sleeve
