CKL-A Series One Way Sprag Type Freewheel CKL-A80210 Backstop Clutch With Coupling

Production introduction

One-way bearings: HF, HFL, FC, FCB, RCB, RC, F, IWC, EWC, DC, CSK, CKB(B200), ASNU, CKA, FWD, NF, etc

Main uses: textile machinery; printing machinery; automobile industry; household appliances; money detector.
HF series one-way needle roller bearings: It is composed of a stamped outer ring and a plastic cage. The cage can have its own plastic reed or a stainless steel reed to guide the needle roller. The inclined raceway and needle roller on the outer ring are used as locking devices. . HFL (clutch and bearing assembly): The support bearing is installed on both sides of the needle roller clutch and bears radial load, as the support bearing is the needle roller and plastic cage assembly. Since there is no inner ring, the wear on the shaft is relatively large, so it is best to heat treat the shaft in use

Ckl-a is a kind of free wheel with diagonal bracing, which is independent, sealed and supported by bearings. Two 160... Bearing series. The device is lubricated with oil.

This combination is used as an overrunning clutch, as shown on the back page. In this design, a standard aluminum flywheel is connected to a flexible coupling for on-line installation.

KEE type coupling is a high-performance coupling, which is used to damp torsional vibration and accept misalignment without excess bearing load. The D2 cover is used to close the device. It is equipped with two oil filling, oil draining and oil level screws. We suggest that the device is supplied assembled.
