Electromagnetic clutch refers to a friction clutch that generates a pressing force by electromagnetic force. Because it can realize long-distance operation, small control energy, easy to realize machine tool automation, fast action, simple structure, it has also been widely used. Electromagnetic clutch is also called electromagnetic coupling. It is an electromagnetic-mechanical connection that applies the principle of electromagnetic induction and the friction between the inner and outer friction plates to make the two rotating parts in the mechanical transmission system. When the active part does not stop rotating, the driven part can be combined or separated from it. Electromagnetic mechanical connection A device is an electrical appliance that executes automatically. Electromagnetic clutches can be used to control mechanical starting, reversing, speed regulation and braking. It has the advantages of simple structure, fast action, small control energy, and easy remote control; although it is small in size, it can transmit large torque; when used for braking control, it has the advantages of rapid and stable braking, so electromagnetic clutches are widely used. It is widely used in various processing machine tools and mechanical transmission systems.
