The heart of the filter valve is the TPE diaphragm
The TPE diaphragm is the key component in any filter valve de- signed to provide short pressure decay times and high kv-values.
Service life is 4-5 times longer than that of comparable, conven- tional fabric diaphragms. Our product filter systems eliminate the
danger that rubber particles could enter the product. The TPE material used has FDA approval (Food and Drug Administration,USA)

Handling
The solenoid system with unique bayonet connection is easily mounted - just push down and turn. Its internal components are
captive. The high specification plastic enca- sed solenoid can be inserted in 3 different positions 120° apart. Standard IP 65.
Sound of silence
The silencer reduces noise emission and prevents foreign matter getting into the valve.
Connection
BSP or NPT female thread to interational standards. Compression Fitting.
Response
The volume over the diaphragm is mini- mised for extremely fast opening with ideal peak pressures. In conjunction with the high flow rate this achieves very effective cleaning. The similary optimised closing time ensures low air consumption.
Reliability
All of the dynamically loaded valve elements are designed to last. The solenoid design of the pilot offers maximum security against icing.
