3. Features:
- Fluid resistance is small, the ball valve is one of the small fluid resistance in all valves, even if it is a reduced diameter ball valve, the fluid resistance is quite small.
- Thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.
- Sealing performance of the seat is good, the sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other elastic materials, the structure is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
- Because polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials have good self-lubrication, and the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the ball valve is long.
- Lower mounted valve stem and valve stem head convex step to prevent the valve stem ejecta, such as fire caused by the valve stem seal damage, the convex step and the valve body can also form metal contact to ensure the valve stem seal.
- Anti-static function: set the spring between the ball, valve stem and valve body, which can export the static electricity generated by the switching process. High pressure three-way ball valve is a common pipe connection device, mainly used for shunt, confluence, regulating flow and so on.
