This is replacement diaphragm kits for the SBFEC Secondary Diaphragm pulse valves. This kit includes the standard wearing parts of the valve for field replacement.

DMF pulse valve diaphragm is a whole rubber diaphragm which is installed with riveting head to block compressed air pipe or air outlet of the valve, air discharge and unloading hole and bolt hole for fixing support around. It is the key control part of the electromagnetic pulse valve. It is composed of single or multi-layer glued on both sides. There are also rubber free fabrics. According to its shape, the membrane pressing method is used. According to the use requirements can be made of different rubber, different fabrics of the diaphragm. The properties of NBR and polysulfide rubber blends for diaphragms, the properties of the rubber compounds for the dish diaphragms (often called diaphragms) with canvas, and some silicone rubber, fluororubber and chlorohydrin rubber diaphragms developed in recent years
