Notes on the use of solenoid valve coil:
1. When the coil is energized, it is strictly forbidden to cover to prevent overheating and burning;
2, electromagnetic coil, socket, electromagnet and connecting parts, it is strictly prohibited to hit the collision to avoid damage;
3. When the coil is energized for normal operation, due to its own heat, the temperature is high, please do not touch it;
4. The working pressure, temperature and viscosity of the medium shall not exceed the specified range;
5. The actual power supply voltage must not exceed the specified range;
6. Ordinary solenoid valve coils should not be used in explosive places;
7. The internal parts of the solenoid valve and the filtering device must be cleaned regularly;
8. Check the model and parameters on the valve label, which must meet the technical requirements of the site;
9. Check the coil, electromagnet and electrical socket to ensure no external damage;
10. When the solenoid valve coil is not used for a while, it can be stored in the room where 0 °C - 40 °C, relative humidity <80%, and no corrosive gas, no open storage is allowed;
11. When the electromagnetic valve is installed in the open air, a protective cover must be installed to ensure performance and extend the service life;
12, AC solenoid valve coils must not be energized with no load, otherwise there is a danger of burning;
13. The best installation method of the solenoid valve is perpendicular to the horizontal pipe, the coil is upward, and the maximum inclination angle is <30° during installation. Otherwise, normal use cannot be guaranteed;
14. Clean and purify the pipeline. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean. If the medium contains particulate impurities, a filter device must be installed on the pipeline before the valve;
15. Connect the valve's interface to the pipe according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and ensure that the joint is well sealed.
