RAIL / OMB Type 3 Ohm 4 Cylinder IG1 Apache Rail injector for gaseous LPG and Natural Gas. Single version with 0.6 mm stroke. Coils with 2-way built-in watertight connector, compatible with Amp/Delph. Body made of shaped aluminium and lightened for better heat exchange. Not very sensitive to dirt accumulation, moderate price, easy maintenance and easy to clean. Improved internal flow dynamics.

Berief Introduction:
The injector IG1 is characterized by a simple and economical construction which makes it resistant to the oily gas residue, ensuring a long operation with minimal maintenance. Regarding the gas flow, the injector is produced in a unique version.The outer body of the electro-injector unit is made of diamagnetic materials, resistant to corrosion and temperatures typical of the engine compartment.
The input connection of the electro-injector is realised via a connector to the tube coming from the vaporizer and the output connection via a nozzle calibrated to the tube connected to the intake manifold near the intake valve. The section of the nozzle exiting from the electro-injector is suitable chosen in relation to the engine’s specific power class.
They are characterized by the presence of a lightened aluminum casing, to improve the thermal exchange and reduce the weight of the rail. The rail (4, 3 or 2 injectors) has a single gas inlet in communication with a duct made inside. From this duct, the gas can flow in the single injectors. The power supply of the injectors is provided by a single connector plugged to the main wiring. The connector is sealed, IP54 conform.
