floating pneumatic fender Integral winding technology of natural rubber for ISO 17357
Introduction of marine fender
Floating pneumatic fender is a popular fender product in the world today. It uses compressed air as buffer medium to make the ship have more soft wall impact effect when berthing. It has the advantages of large impact energy absorption, low area pressure acting on the ship, excellent impact fatigue resistance and easy installation. It is widely used in large oil tankers, liquefied gas tankers, chemical tankers and marine flat ships Beierte pneumatic rubber products are trustworthy.
Company profile:
The company has long been committed to the R & D, production and sales of pneumatic rubber fenders, Yokohama pneumatic fenders and floating pneumatic fenders. The inflatable rubber fenders are made of natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber and other synthetic rubber. The rubber is hard and has more wear resistance and toughness. The products are made of high-quality materials and special explosion-proof technology, with smooth appearance, wear resistance, aging resistance and good air tightness It has passed the iso17357:2014 and ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification and the product quality certification of CCS, ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, etc., and provides product services for national large-scale construction enterprises and wharf protection.
Notes for use and maintenance of floating pneumatic fender:
1. The maximum deformation of marine inflatable fender in use is 60% (except for special ship type or special operation), and the service pressure is 50kpa-80kpa (the service pressure can be determined according to the user's ship type, tonnage and berthing environment).
2. In the use of inflatable rubber fender, attention should be paid to avoid stabbing and scratching of sharp objects, and timely maintenance should be carried out. Generally, the pressure test should be carried out once every 5-6 months.
3. Check the pneumatic rubber body regularly to see if it is punctured or scratched. There shall be no sharp protruding objects on the surface contacting with the fender to prevent the fender from being punctured. When the fender is in use, the cable or chain or wire rope hanging the fender shall not be knotted.
4. When Yokohama fender is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried in the sun, filled with appropriate amount of gas, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place.
5. Marine fender shall be stored away from heat source and shall not contact with acid, alkali, grease and organic solvent.
6. Do not pile up when not in use, and do not pile up heavy objects on the fender.
