The foam-filled rubber fender is versatile and suitable for almost all uses. They are composed of three parts, each of which provides an important function.

1. Can provide elastic energy absorption 100% closed cell EVA foam core.

2. A tough thick nylon cord and rubber reinforced elastomer layer protecting the foam core.

3. Fender body protected by polyurea sprayed outer skin.

Foam-Filled Fenders Application:

The foam-filled fender is an ideal fender with advanced construction. The polyurea material is used as the outer protective layer, which is fused with the EVA foam core and nylon thread to form the core elastomer.

Each part of the three-part construction of foam-filled fenders takes on important tasks.

The three parts are: A. Closed-cell EVA foam. B. Outer rubber + nylon thread. C. Polyurea sprayed on the outer skin.


A. Use closed-cell EVA foam core inside the foam core, never sink

B. Outer rubber + nylon cord fabric . The outer rubber + nylon cord fabric is to better seal the inner EVA foam.

C. Polyurea spray coating

Polyurea coating is a permanent spray coating to protect the skin layer of the fender. It is more durable than rubber, less prone to dents and scratches, resistant to chemical corrosion and suitable for various weather conditions; it will not soften or become brittle in hot and cold temperatures.
