Chrome-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Cr4+:YAG) is an excellent performance for yttrium aluminum garnet, ytterbium-doped YLF, yttrium-doped yttrium vanadate and other erbium-doped or erbium-doped lasers with a wavelength of 0.8 to 1.2 μm. The passive Q-switched crystal. A passive Q-switch or a saturable absorber provides sufficient laser pulses without the need for an electro-optic switch, thus reducing the size and eliminating the need to supply high-voltage energy.
