Products Description:

Neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG) laser crystal is one of the most popular solid-state laser materials of today. A good fluorescence lifetime and thermal conductivity, as well as a robust nature, make Nd:YAG crystals suitable for high-power continuous wave, high-intensity Q-switched and single- mode operations.

Crystrong offers Nd:YAG rods of high optical homogeneity, damage threshold and processing accuracy plus consistent performance. We can make them according to your needs, whether you have requirements for:

  • Different doping levels
  • Rods with barrel grooving for better performance
  • Various end cuts (plano/plano, wedge/wedge, Brewster cut, etc.)
  • Various dielectric coatings with high LIDT. Complex coatings are produced using the IBS coating technique.
