PCTG is an amorphous copolyester with the following properties: 1. Optical performance: - High transparency: the transparency of PCTG products is very high, the light transmittance is more than 90%, the fog is very low, almost comparable to glass, with a crystal luster, can clearly show the internal product, suitable for applications with high transparency requirements, such as transparent containers, display shelves, lamp covers, etc. 2. Mechanical properties: - Moderate hardness and rigidity: With certain hardness and rigidity, it can meet the requirements of mechanical strength of materials in a variety of application scenarios, and is suitable for the production of various durable consumer housing and packaging materials. - Wide operating temperature range: has good heat resistance and cold resistance, can withstand a certain high temperature environment without deformation or softening, and can still maintain good toughness and impact strength in low temperature environment. Good chemical resistance: It can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals, including commonly used cleaners, fats and detergents, etc., and is not easy to be eroded by solvents, so it is widely used in food contact materials, medical equipment and packaging of daily chemical products. 5. Processing performance: - Excellent secondary processing performance: good secondary processing performance, can be conventional machining modification, such as sawing, die-cutting, drilling, punching, shearing, riveting, milling and cold bending, can also be flocking, electroplating, electrostatic processing. 6.
