Excellent thermoforming performance: PCTG TX1501HF sheet is easy to produce products with complex shapes and large tensile ratios. And unlike PC board and impact modified acrylic, this board does not need to be pre-dried before thermoforming. In addition, compared with PC board or acrylic, its molding cycle is short, the temperature is low, and the yield is higher.
Easy processing: the plate can be sawing, die-cutting, drilling, punching, shearing, riveting, milling and cold bending, without breaking. Slight scratches on the surface can be removed with a heat gun, and solvent bonding is a routine procedure. It is easier to process than general purpose acrylic, impact modified acrylic or PC board, and can be processed by flocking, electroplating, electrostatic.
Various molding methods: can use traditional extrusion molding, injection mold processing, injection molding and blister molding methods, can be widely used in plate plastic sheet, special characteristics of heat shrink film, bottle and profile, skin care packaging box and other markets, secondary production characteristics of high quality, can carry out basic mechanical processing manufacturing decoration.
High transparency: PCTG TX1501HF light transmission of 91%, to ensure the transparent effect of organic board, suitable for high transparency requirements of the application scenario, such as goggles.
High toughness and impact resistance: the extruded sheet is usually 15 to 20 times stronger than the general purpose acrylic, and 5 to 10 times stronger than the impact modified acrylic. PETG sheets are durable enough during processing, transportation and use to help prevent breakage and can be used as structural raw materials in construction projects instead of metal.
Good weather resistance: it can maintain the toughness of the product and prevent yellowing. It contains UV absorbers that can be co-extruded into a protective layer that protects the sheet from the harmful effects of UV rays.
Excellent chemical resistance: can withstand a variety of chemicals and commonly used cleaners, suitable for use in a variety of chemical environments.
Environmental protection and food contact safety: PCTG TX1501HF substrates are environmentally friendly materials, meet the requirements of food contact management, and can be used in food-grade related products, such as baby bottles, space cups, etc.
