AISI standard dutch woven 400 micron stainless steel wire mesh 316 for filter

Stainless steel wire mesh are extensively used in the extrusion of plastic profiles.Larger count of wires is found in the warp and the smaller count in the shute,thus reversing the method used in plain dutch weave,twilled dutch weaves.

mainly used in filtering of plastic wire drawing bench,wire drawing machine,coating machine,such as plastic bags,plastic film and so on.

Reverse Dutch weave wire cloth is woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires are used in the warp direction and are woven with a larger shute wire. The smaller wires are woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The larger wire provides strength to the mesh. The primary uses of this wire cloth are filtration and separation of liquid and slurry products.

Auto belt/reverse dutch woven mesh usage:
widely used as filter disc or other filtration products in petrochemical, aerospace and other field.
