The company manufacture high-precision polyester mesh, it uses Switerserland weaving machine. The color is yellow , white. The largest width can be 330CM, mesh count is from 25-420mesh. Completed width and mesh count can meet the different requirements of the screen printing.Such as PCB,Ceramic, Advertisement,Plastic,Glass and Textile printing etc.

Step 1: Create the design

Step 2: Prepare the Polyester Screen

Step 3: Expose the emulsion

Step 4: Wash off the emulsion and create the stencil

Step 5: Make the item ready for print

Step 6: Press the ink through the screen onto the item

Step 7: Dry and check the product

Step 2: Put into cardboard box

Step 3: Wrap the box with plastic film and fasten belt

Step 4: Wrap the box with waterproof plastic and Sew it up

Step 5: Put into wooden pallet
