Share Filters’ expertise covers all processes to convert filter mesh into customer-specific solutions, such as mesh ribbons, shapes, welded tubes, welded bags, sewn bags. Depending on the requirements, mesh fabrics can be slitted/cutted/stamped by a heat, ultrasonic or laser source. Single or multi-layer fabrics can be heat cut or ultrasonically welded into tube configurations or pleating.


The filter mesh can be cut and welded into tube configurations by laser cut and ultrasonnic welding, the shape can be cylinder or conical. With our heat and ultrasonic slitting and cutting technologies, we can create mesh tubes equipped with one or two functional seams according to the requirement, which provide the necessary seam strength. These mesh tubes are convenient for custom injection moulding.
