Q1: How to get fabric samples?
Please give us more details of the fabric.for example the weight, the width, composition etc. We can provide you with free samples in A4 size, you only need to pay the freight cost.

Q2: How to get your quotation?
(1) Tell us your requirements for products, specifications, quantities, colors and other necessary information by sending us an inquiry. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

(2) Price will be different from different function and quantity and weight. So you have to confirm with our sales when you want to place an order.

Q3:Can you produce fabrics according to customer designs and colors?
Of course, we are glad to receive your sample or your new ideas for developing new fabrics. Our R&D design team will work on it and meet your requirements.

Q4: How long does it take to customize the LD color card? What is the lead time for mass production?
(1)The delivery time for customized LD color cards is about 5-7 days.
(2)1. Small order: 15-20 days for production.
2. Bulk order: 20-40 days according to your order. For special emergency orders, we can help arrange more quickly.

Q5: What are your payment terms?
(1)Usually, we accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, western union, escrow
(2)We only accept full payment if the amount is not more than 5,000 U.S. dollars
