Characteristic and advantage:

◆ With various types of rotor design, combined with the variable embedded cylinder structure, can realize the combination change and the flexible adjustment of the key structural parameters of the main machine, meeting the requirements for adapting to different materials and processes.
◆ Compared with the twin-screw, it has a larger working volume of the main extruder, and has better tolerance and adaptability to the size state of the raw material (fluffy or bulk material).
◆ The main extruder barrel is a split structure, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance and material replacement.
