By pelletizing and different forming method, the Stone Paper series equipment can provide Various types of paper-like final product. All kinds of auxiliary systems can be connected to the whole production line and fully configurated of automated operating system, which provides a One-Step method Stone Paper Project. The stone paper final product has variety types of paper application in soft and hard packing, poster, wallpaper, agenda, envelope, business card, writing paper, commercial printing paper, cultural paper, newsprint and etc.

Technical Process

Inorganic filler powder (70-80% content) + resin particles + auxiliary agents are compounded and granulated in high filling masterbatch, and directly through extrusion, calendering and casting and etc. technics to form sheet products. The products will be further processed (printing, cutting, adhesion and etc.) as stone paper series ultimately.
