Core Wrap & Separator Tape
Slit film which wraps and binds conductors, separating them from cable fillers and jacketing materials.
PET (Polyester) Film
In the cable industry films are used particularly suitable for shielding electrical conductor, as a separating and insulating films or moisturizing protection. Thus, polyester films, because of their physical and chemical properties both in data and communication cables as well as power cables used.
The high tensile strength, low weight per unit area, a high degree of flexibility and good electrical properties are important criteria for the selection of the film set in the cable production.
Construction
Single or multi-layer films (polyester, polyethylene, or polyimide) or aramid paper with optional colored or adhesive coatings or films.

Electrical characteristics:
Temperature resistance of 180 ° c, with high mechanical strength, excellent insulation shielding property, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, is an ideal wrapping material, mainly used as insulation and isolation, as well as increased impedance.
Packaging and Marking:
Polyester Tape will be packed in wooden barrel with PE film bag and bubble paper inside. It is then sealed and inserted in a wooden case. After it is fixed, an external plastic coversheet is wrapped around it to avoid water penetration.
Storage:
Polyester Tape has a shelf life of 12 months from production date if stored in unopened original packages, under dry and clean conditions at temperatures between 10-30°C. The product will be damaged if it is stored in a moist area or if it gets in contact with water.
