Insulation and Sheather Grade PVC Flexible PVC granules for Cable and Wire

The main application fields of cable insulation mass produced with PVC cable compounding systems are power transmission up to the aforesaid 10 kV, domestic installations above all in private housing, and data transmission in general. The automobile industry almost exclusively uses soft PVC compounds.

Our Kneader can make the most of its strengths profile at uniform, moderate and if necessary, adjustable shear rates. A range of output rates can be achieved on a given our Kneader size according to the requirements of the customer.

6. Transportation and storage:

After unpacking should be run out as soon as possible, or temporarily stored in sealed containers,
to avoid the absorption of moisture in the air
Store in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight
Keep away from heat, ignition sources, combustibles and incompatible materials
The storage area must be cleaned and properly structured to avoid dust accumulation
