Product Description:

Generally speaking, the main function of the flame-retardant filling rope is to keep the cable round and improve the roundness of the finished cable.

At the same time, the filling rope can also assist in improving the cable's anti-stretch and anti-sway function.

In addition to these basic functions, for flame-retardant cables, the filling rope itself should be made of flame-retardant material to further improve the flame-retardant performance of the finished cable.

The cable core of the cable is composed of multiple insulated cores twisted. There will inevitably be gaps in the process of forming the cable.

If these gaps are not filled with materials densely, the cable core will be unstable, reducing the cable during use. Life, when the cable sheath is squeezed, the cable sheath material will inevitably be embedded in the middle of the cable core, resulting in an increase in the cost of the cable.

The first function of the filler is to ensure the roundness of the cable and avoid the twist shape on the surface of the cable when the sheath is extruded, which is to reduce the excessive use of the sheath material during the extrusion process of the cable sheath.
