Plastic Extrusion Line Plate Die Series
- JW-B-C1 : Standard coat-hanger design, the upper die lip adjusting adopts the push-pull type or push-out fine-tuning type, the lower die lip can exchange, the maximum adjusting range up to5mm, its suitable for the production of PC, PMMA, GPPS, PET, single-layer and multi-layer high transparent sheet or plate.
- JW-B-A2 : With special coat-hanger channel design, adjustable upper die lip, changeable lower die lip and 45° blocking bar, the die adopt to ABS, PE, PP thick plate with the width below 2000mm and thickness between 3-30mm.
- JW-B-A1 : With special coat-hanger channel design, the die minimizes ablation of heat sensitive material. With the adjustable upper die lip, changeable lower die lip and perpendicular blocking bar, the die meets the thickness requirements of various products. The die is fit for PVC foaming board with the thickness between 2-20mm.
- JW-B-CF : Double flow channels design, the upper and lower die lips are adjustable with the oil temp control, the skinning effiection of the products surface is better and have less inner stress, truly realizing surface skinning and foaming. Products thickness : 5-30mm.
- JW-B-B1 : The die adopts a typical coat-hanger channel and adjustable upper die lip, changeable lower die lip and perpendicular blocking bar. With ST-model width-control system, the width of products can be changed without interrupting, The die is designed for ABS, PS, PP, single-layer or multi-layer plate with the thickness between 0.8-8mm.

We will provide you a whole set standard service with general maintenance, die clean, examination, repair, upgrade, renovate and so on. After renovates the die, it can achieve or very close to the initial standard.
Every need to repair the die we will strictly according to the following steps :

Inspection, evaluation and communicate with customer requirements for renovation.

Repair damaged surface defects or change the defects in design.
