Description Of TQ100/200/300B :
The melting polymer is extruded through die head to form strands. Strands move downward along start-up gate and guide section full of water, and are cooled in the guide section. Upper feed roll and lower feed roll leads the strands to enter the cutting chamber, where the strands cut into pellet. Then, the pellets are transported to drier via pellet outlet, waste separator and conveying pipe with the conveying water, the pellets are separated from conveying water and dried in the dryer; then enter into the classifier for classifying.
