Performance Of Sheet Extrusion Line

PP / HIPS and decoration sheet extrusion lines :

  • Widely used for food, eletrical component package.
  • Design of 3/5/7 layers sheet meet the most requests in high sealing package material.
  • Extrusion output range is from 100 to 1200kg/h for selection.

PVC / PP / PE are the most stationery decoration sheet uesd in the market, such as PP / PE bi-color sheet extrusion line, PP bi-surface high transparent sheet extrusion line, PVC sheet lines. After special making process, there migh be mirror, sand, transparent, inclined grain and so on with different effect.

The line mono-layer co-extrusion with precision dosing feeding and controlling system with advantage of high outputing, low consumption and low color difference.
