Descriptions Of GFQD Series :

  • GFQD series suitable for length cutting HDPE, PP, PPR and other plastic pipe. No-dust cutting keep the producing environment clean and no noise.
  • Cutting surface smoothly and tidy, improve the appearance quality of the pipe.
  • 50mm-630mm pipe can used rotate clamp, automatic stepless adjustment without having to change the clamps.
  • Sharp knife no-dust cutting machine : non-conductive carbon brush structure, easy maintenance, low failure rate, suitable for large diameter pipes cutting.
  • Round knife no-dust cutting machine : hydraulic feed, cutting surface more smoothly and tidy. Suitable for high speed no-dust cutting of medium and small diameter pipe production line.
  • Flying Cutting Machine : Used for high speed small diameter pipe cutting, tool cutting by directly mounted on the servo motor, servo position control, fast and efficient , nice incision.
  • Cutting machine for corrugated pipe : Precision control corrugated pipe length and cutting. With double blade cutting, cutting position is accurate. Automatic synchronization can be controlled, also can be mainpulated. Solve large diameter corrugated pipe cutting problem.
