Air Cooling Type Automatic EPS Block Moulding Machine

Descriptions :

This machine features solid steel construction with aluminum coated frame, processed by high temperature annealing, heat treatment. Power air-cooling system cools the block efficiently. Unique design of piping layout, combination of steam inlets ensures sufficient, even, stable steam pressure, thus resulting in shorter cycle time. The new developed hydraulic drive concept ensures the opening and closing of the moulding machine in a total and even way, fast, strong and energy saving. Highly efficient material filling system, faster and sufficient. Low moisture contents, better energy saving, shorted cycle time, perfect stabilization of performance. Modern communication interface and machine control. Multiple safety protection. Conveyor and weighing system is optional.
