PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Silicone V-580 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure in conventional foam. It is fully hydrolytic stability and can be used as a separate stream or in water/amine/silicone pre-blends. It offers good stability while yielding foams with good breathability.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS Silicone with medium-high efficiency, less tin catalyst dosage.
Suitable in a wide range of formulations from low to relatively high densities foam grade, optimum density is from 6kg/m3 to 35kg/m3.
