Product Description:

Splice hot press machine water cooled, lightweight alunium body, 4200*150mm

Alunium body hot press , more durable and lightweight. Long life time and fast splicing.

1). Alunium body
2). Heating platen, heating area, width can do 150mm,180mm and 200mm
3). Different size for belt width from 2100mm up to 4200mm
4). Used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting.
5). Air bag (pressure bags)

7). Laser silica gel hot platen
8). Easy to use and assemble

10). Rapid Cooling system within platens
11). Heating to 180℃,about 15~20 mins;180℃ cooling down to 60℃ about 3~5mins (accords to different size press), temperature error(on 650mm Up and bottom hot plate )is less than 3℃.

13). Reliable and automatic Temperature Control Panel with time control.

Quality control

We have pre-production meeting to be held each time before we start the new orders production. This will make sure the production supervisor understand the production requirement.

Raw material will be inspected for the color, quality and quantiy.

We have in-line inspection for each procedure.

Before the bulk packing, we will check each items carefully before we pack the goods.
