Equipment features

In order to allow the ozone to fully mix and dissolve before entering the reaction tank and enhance the disinfection effect, a pipeline static mixer should be installed. The mixing process is completed by the mixing element. When the air-water mixture flows in the pipe, it will impact various plate elements and constantly changes the flow direction, thus creating a good radial mixing effect. At the same time, the rotation of the fluid itself also occur at the interface of the adjacent element. This perfect radial circulation mixing effect causes the non-soluble substances to cut, shift, rotate, overlap, etc. Thereby they will have a good mixing effect and the ozone and water will further integrate.

The internal structure of the ZOKO-HH series pipeline static mixer is assembled with SVX proprietary corrugated sheets.

It can make different fluids flow in a Z-shape in three-dimensional space. They are dispersed and evenly mixed. The non-uniformity coefficient in the mixing process is small and there is no amplification effect. It has good corrosion resistance, high strength, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, fast and efficient mixing, low energy consumption and so on.
