Q: What are the conditions for returning products?
A: POPRUN products that are delivered sealed and have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
Goods must be returned intact, undamaged and bearing their bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them; it is not possible to reimburse Users for goods that are returned incomplete, ruined or damaged.
Q: How many days do I have to return a product after reception?
A: Please request a return within 14 days after receiving your parcel, or as per the instructions of mandatory regulations in the country of your residence if this is longer.
The return must be delivered within 14 days as soon as you receive a return confirmation letter via email.
Q: Can I exchange 1 or more items?
A: If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact Customer Support to request its return. We inform you that, once confirmed, your order cannot be deleted.
In order to return any products, please contact our Customer Service and request a return, selecting ‘Returns & Refunds’ as the contact reason. You will then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.
You are free to choose a shipping method to return the product(s), although we highly recommend you to choose a tracked service.
