After being in the paper industry for more than 15 years, POPRUN was founded in 2019 by Jason Lan, CEO of this brand. It is a brand that focuses on leading a popular trend in the stationary market.
We first started our journey with notebooks in 2019. With the gradual development of the brand, a new production line of planners had been included in the following year, which soon became a star product of POPRUN. We reached our first milestone of 10,000 books sold in September 2019.
The first POPRUN Daily Planner series were then released in 2020 and received widespread attention.
In the same year, POPRUN’s first Weekly Planner series appeared on market.
In November 2020, POPRUN received more attention and accumulated 100,000 of sales through all channels.
In 2021, POPRUN witnessed the birth of its third series of Monthly Planners. At the meantime, POPRUN decided to set 2 grand categories for planners (Academic Planner and Executive Planner) in order to meet different demands. 2021 was another milestone for POPRUN, as we broke through a sales number of 500,000.

Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We do leak test for 3times before packing.
Q: How do I check my order status?
A: A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.
Q: Can I change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?
A: Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is placed.
However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.
Should you have any questions regarding the refund, please contact our Customer Service.
Q: What to do in case of wrong/defective product?
A: In case that you receive wrong or defective product, POPRUN will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.
Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service. You’ll then be contacted in order to organize parcel expedition, at no extra cost. Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies to our return policy. Please note that damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds.
Refunds are processed within 14 days and are made, by default, using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.
