• How do I check my order status?

A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.

• Can I change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is placed.

However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.

• What to do in case of wrong/defective product?

In case that you receive wrong or defective product, Poprun will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.

You’ll then be contacted in order to organize parcel expedition, at no extra cost.

Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only

made if the condition of the product complies to our return policy. Please note that

damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds.

Refunds are processed within 14 days and are made, by default, using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.
